An FIR was filed in Delhi on Tuesday against AAP MLA from Okhla, Amanatullah Khan under Sections 221/121(1)/132/191(2)/190/263(b)/351(3)/111 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), for allegedly leading an attack on a police team in Jamia Nagar.
The AAP MLA had on Sunday blamed the Congress for the party's defeat in the Delhi assembly polls, a charge rubbished by the grand old party.
