The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Tuesday raided the Delhi office of Al‑Falah University in Okhla as part of an investigation into a terror module linked to Faridabad and the recent blast near the Red Fort.
The probe centres on a “white-collar” terror network involving doctors and university links, with recovered evidence including a vehicle linked to the blast and large quantities of explosives.
It is understood that the ED is taking action under the anti-money laundering law following cognisance of the first information reports filed by the NIA and the Delhi Police in the case. The agency is investigating finances and purported terror financing links in the matter.
ED is conducting searches in the Al Falah University case involving its trustees, related persons, and entities since 5 am today. The raids are being conducted at 25 locations across Delhi and other places, reports said.
On November 10, 2025, a car exploded near the Chandni Chowk area of Delhi killing 15 people and injuring many more.
Till now, the NIA has arrested two persons, allegedly close aides of "suicide bomber" Dr Umar Nabi.
