Shiv Sena MLA Suresh Jain and NCP leader Nawab Malik, who had lost their ministerial berths when Hazare had launched a fast to demand a probe against them and two others, made no secret of their anger. Jain called Hazare a 'fraud' and asked people not to equate him with Gandhiji. Jain's criticism surprised many as his party chief Bal Thackeray, has supported Hazare's campaign.
Malik said 80 per cent of Hazare’s activists have criminal background.
