The ATR 72-500 aircraft which was originally scheduled for a 7:25 am takeoff was delayed by an hour on account of bad weather and had taken off only at 8:36 am before returning to the airport by 8:46 am.
Close to 30 passengers were deplaned safely and later flown to their destinations in another aircraft. The flight had to return to the airport as shortly after the take off, the commander received a warning alert.
