Industrialist Gautam Adani's son Jeet Adani meets a 'divyang' couple during a function to announce 'Mangal Seva' ahead of his wedding ceremony. The 'seva' aims to provide Rs 10 lakh annually to support the marriages of 500 women with disabilities.

After the big fat Ambani-Merchant wedding last year, billionaire Gautam Adani's younger son Jeet is set to get married today in a simple and traditional ceremony, without any pomp and show and celebrity stars.
Here is all you need to know about the wedding of Adani's son Jeet with Diva Shah.
- Jeet, 28, got engaged to Diva in March 2023 in a private ceremony in Ahmedabad. As per media reports, the wedding will take place in Shantigram, the Adani township in Ahmedabad. The ceremony will be held following traditional Jain and Gujarati culture.
- Adani, on Mahakumbh pilgrimage with his family last month, scorched speculations of a star-studded wedding of his son Jeet with Diva Shah, daughter of Surat diamond merchant Jaimin Shah. "It will be a very simple, traditional marriage... just like common people," PTI quoted him as saying. His statement came amid speculation that the wedding will be another extravagant spectacle after rival billionaire Mukesh Ambani's youngest son Anant's.
- Adani had announced during his visit to the Maha Kumbh Mela that his son's wedding on February 7 would be a low-key private ceremony in Ahmedabad. He was accompanied by his wife Priti Adani, sons Karan and Jeet, daughter-in-law Paridhi and granddaughter Kaveri.
- Meanwhile, speculations that Shankar Mahadevan would perform at the wedding have also been rubbished.
- The guests attending the wedding are expected to receive handwoven Paithani sarees.
- The mehendi ceremony took place on February 5.
- The couple has also dedicated their wedding to causes that matter to them. The duo has reportedly pledged Rs 10 lakh each for the wedding of 500 women with disabilities every year. Jeet Adani is known to for supporting people with disabilities. Along with this, Manish Malhotra has also joined hands with NGO Family of Disabled (FOD) in order to make shawls for the couple.
Meanwhile, a pantheon of global celebrities, politicians and business leaders attended the wedding of the youngest son of Mukesh Ambani, Asia's richest man, in July last year. Anant Ambani's marriage to Radhika Merchant, both 29, followed four months of lavish pre-marriage parties that was attended by Meta's Mark Zuckerberg and Microsoft's Bill Gates. Pop-star Rihanna performed at a pre-wedding event in March 2024.
