After Russian President Vladimir Putin announced a ’military operation’ in Ukraine, Minister of State for External Affairs Dr Rajkumar Ranjan Singh on February 24 clarified that India’s stand is neutral on the ‘Ukraine-Russia War’. He further said that India is hoping for a peaceful solution between the two countries.
