Shiv Sena (UBT) spokesperson Anand Dubey on Friday claimed that the law & order situation of entire Maharashtra is collapsing after the rape of 26-year-old woman inside an isolated bus at Swargate bus depot of Pune city.

DMK student wing cadre staged a demonstration in Chennai against against the arrival of MoS Education Sukanta Majumdar over three language policy issue and funds to the state.

BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari on Friday hit out at West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee for questioning the appointment of Gyanesh Kumar as the Chief Election Commissioner and said that it's a blatant attack on the Constitution, reports PTI
"She is targeting the Constitution. She (Mamata Banerjee) has challenged the appointment and said it was political. This is a blatant attack on BR Ambedkar's Constitution. She has crossed her limits," he said.
