Infosys will maintain its annual campus hiring plan of 20,000 engineers this year as well. The development comes at a time when IT companies across the country are going through job cuts. But Infosys has made it clear that the fresh hiring should have skill sets in areas such as digital and analytics.

According to a company official, Infosys already extended over 20,000 offers on campus for this year. “The number is expected to remain consistent in the coming season also,” says the official.

Infosys begins its annual campus hiring season from September and this hiring plan has been consistent over the last four seasons.
