Bengaluru, : Karnataka has reported 17 new cases of Covid-19, taking the total active cases to 253 since January 1 this year.
No new deaths have been reported. With a total of 276 tests done in 24 hours, the positivity rate stood at 6.1 per cent, according to the health department.
Of the 253 active cases, only three patients are in hospital — two in private hospitals and one in a government hospital. The rest are in home isolation. Four covid-related deaths have been reported this year.
