He owns seven acre bagarhukhum land on survey number 101 at Arenoor, site worth Rs 91,740 purchased in 1997-98, 170X86 site worth Rs 63.98 lakh on Basavanahalli main road, BDA site worth Rs 9.02 lakh in H B R extension, 1.21 acre land worth Rs 13.14 lakh at Ramanahalli.
He has availed loan of Rs 96.80 lakh from various financial institutions including banks and his wife has availed loan of Rs 27.09 lakh.
