Nearly, 15 students of Government LPS in Mosalakere village near Channagiri had visited Jog Falls along with their teacher. Mishap occurred on the return journey. Four-wheeler in which the students were travelling turned turtle after colliding with a truck coming from the opposite direction. Sachin and Raja studying in IV standard were killed on the spot, while Sharath, a relative of the teacher succumbed to injuries on the way to hospital.
