Kalasa: An agriculturist died after being attacked by a bison near Haluvalli village on Thursday morning.
73-year old Raghupathi Hebbar went to the the plantation in the morning and did not return until afternoon.
When his family members went in search of him, they found his body in the plantation.
The bison dragged his body till 50 feet after attacking him, due to which he suffered internal injuries apart from fractures on hand and leg, as per the primary information.
Forest department personnel and police conducted a spot inspection.
