The Special CBI Court has granted 10-day conditional bail to T H Suresh Babu, the Kampli legislator arrested on charges of illegal mining and theft of ore from Belekeri port in Karwar.
Babu has been granted bail so that he can attend to his ailing mother. He came to Bellary on April 27 and will stay at his home till May 5. The court has directed him not to appear in public, sources said.
