Ban on wedding wedding photoshoots in Udupi's Sri Krishna Mutt

Udupi: The Paryaya Puthige Mutt has announced a decision to ban pre-wedding and post-wedding photoshoots on the Rathabeedi (car street) of the Sri Krishna Mutt in Udupi.

The Rathabeedi area contains traditional buildings. In the name of photo shoots, indecent behaviour is being observed during the early hours of the morning. Romantic interactions occur on the Rathabeedi under the pretext of photo shoots.

There has been a surge in photographers coming from places like Kerala and Bengaluru. 

Hence it has been decided to ban pre and post wedding photo shoots, said mutt authorities.
