With the arrests, the number of those held by police in connection with the betting racket has gone up to 20.
In Bangalore, four persons -- identified as K S Maniyan, N Vikas, Abhi and Ravi -- were arrested during a raid on a house.
They were found to have conducted transactions with 10 other bookies, who are absconding, police said.
According to police, they were involved in the betting racket for nearly six years and had established a close well-knit network.
A report from Bellary said 14 persons were arrested there for the same offence. Superintendent of police Chandra Gupata said Rs 6.45 lakh, 13 mobile phones and two television sets were seized during raids on three places.
During the raid in Bangalore, police seized Rs 7.15 lakh, a vehicle, a laptop, a computer, mobile phones and television.
The total value of the seized property was around Rs 17 lakh. Two persons were arrested here yesterday.
