Bengaluru: A 28-year-old man was killed after he crashed into a divider near the Hoodi metro station in the early hours of Monday while returning home from a party.

The deceased, identified as Srikanth, was reportedly speeding and not wearing a helmet when he lost control of his bike around 1.30 am. He sustained severe head injuries and was rushed to a private hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.

According to the Mahadevapura Traffic Police, Srikanth hailed from Ballari and worked as an office attendant at a private company in Bengaluru. A case has been registered at the Mahadevapura Traffic Police Station.
