3 people sustain burns after boiler explodes in hotel in BengaluruThe injured have been rushed to a nearby hospital where their condition is said to be stable.

A steam boiler exploded inside a restaurant in Nagarabhavi in Bengaluru, injuring three of the staff members.
The incident occurred around 11.20 am on Saturday at Nammoora Thindi hotel while the staff were still making idlis. The boiler exploded inside the kitchen.
Three members, standing beside the boiler, were injured. The injured have been identified as Aishwarya(19), Ravikumar(20) and Karthik (18). They were rushed to the GM hospital in Vinayaka Layout near Papareddy Palya.
The investigating officers told DH that the victims suffered minor injuries and are out of danger. He said it was one of those freak accidents, but left no serious injuries.
