Bengaluru: Commercial operations will be impacted at Bengaluru's Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) due to airspace closure for a few hours each day from February 5 to 14, 2025.
The airspace closure has been necessitated by Aero India, Asia's largest airshow, which will be held at the Yelahanka Air Force Station in northern Bengaluru.
The flight disruptions are as follows:
February 5-8
9 am to noon, 2 pm to 5 pm.
Feb 9
9 am to noon.
Feb 10
9 am to noon, 2 pm to 4 pm.
Feb 11-12
Noon to 3 pm.
Feb 13-14
9 am to noon, 2 pm to 5 pm.
Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL) has advised passengers to contact their respective airlines for details of revised or updated flight schedules and plan accordingly.
