Bengaluru: The Bruhat Bengaluru Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) Zonal Commissioner (West), Suralkar Vikas Kishore, directed officials to affix stickers on all households to ensure the 100 per cent completion of the ongoing Scheduled Castes survey.
Kishore, who reviewed the progress of the survey in the West zone, opined that affixing stickers on houses will help in easily identifying households that are yet to be surveyed.
“While affixing the stickers, officials must verify whether the survey has already been completed or not. In this regard, collaborating with NSS (National Service Scheme), ACC, and registered organizations is crucial,” he said. Kishore also instructed that survey progress be monitored using data from Bescom and the BWSSB.
So far, BBMP has collected data from 1,77,718 Scheduled Caste households and 32,02,449 non-SC households.
