The 29 City Civil Court granted bail to Nikita Singhania (accused 1), her mother Nisha Singhania (accused 2), and her brother Anurag Singhania (accused 3). Two police teams from the Marathahalli police station had arrested the suspects from Uttar Pradesh on December 14.

The suspects are expected to be freed on Monday from the Parappana Agrahara Central Prison.

Subhash leveled a slew of allegations, including harassment, in lengthy notes and an 81-minute video against his wife and her family before ending his life on December 9 at his Munnekolalu house in Southeast Bengaluru.

As per his note, Subhash faced nine "false" cases, including offenses related to murder, unnatural sex, and dowry harassment. His wife and her family allegedly sought Rs 3 crore to settle the cases.
