This event is a part of the 75th year birthday celebrations of their visionary founder Dr S B Mujumdar. Inquizition is an endeavour by SIMC-Bengaluru to bring the finest brains in the nation on the same platform and provide a complete quizzing experience to the participants.
Inquizition is a general quiz, open to students from all streams, corporates as well as advertising, PR and event management agencies. Participation of mix teams will be allowed only for corporates and agencies. The event will see participation of students from various streams such as Engineering, Commerce, Science, Medicine and Law, with all of them competing to showcase their quizzing repertoire.
The event would begin at 1.30 pm with a preliminary round for all the participants. Only eight teams would make it to the finals. The two-hour finale would consist of seven rounds, testing the finalists on each and every parameter possible.
The quiz will contain all types of questions from sports, politics, cinema, current affairs etc. Some of the other events that would keep the participants entertained would be a drama, dance performances and a mime which would happen during the course of the day. There is a lot at stake in the quiz with the first prize worth Rs 50,000.
And the audience members should be prepared too as there are lots of consolation and audience prizes to be won! Inquizition promises to be exciting for all the quizzing enthusiasts.
