Bengaluru: The BBMP has disposed of a total of 3.21 lakh e-khatas in Bengaluru for property owners till April 2.
Of the 3.34 lakh applications received across eight zones, Bommanahalli has been disposed of the highest, with over 50,000 property owners getting their e-khatas.
Dasarahalli has disposed of the least number, with 19,000 property owners getting the e-khatas.
Rajarajeshwarinagar and Mahadevapura have the second and third highest number of property owners to receive e-khatas till April 2, with over 50,000 and 45,000 disposals.
E-khata has a combination of details present in the khata certificate and khata extract. It would also have photos of the property and owner, the property’s GPS coordinates and schedule.
The e-khata will also assign a unique 10-digit e-property ID to all properties, irrespective of whether they are A or B khata properties.
