“They draw high salary and have become lazy,” he said. Addressing a press conference here on Monday, Puttaswamy said the commission had not been conducted meetings regularly.
The members have been drawing salary without attending the meetings, he added. He was answering to a question on withdrawing powers of the commission.
He said the Backward Classes Forum will felicitate Chief Minister Yeddyurappa and BJP State president K S Eshwarappa in a function in Bangalore on June 20. The forum decided to felicitate the CM considering his welfare schemes for backward classes.
