Bengaluru: The Bangalore Development Authority (BDA) has announced the auction of 150 residential sites in various layouts on February 17.
These sites, which include both intermediate and corner plots, will be auctioned on an "as-is-where-is" basis.
However, unlike previous auctions, the BDA has not disclosed the exact locations of the sites on its website.
The last date to participate is February 15.
Layouts where sites are located include the Further Extension of Anjanapura, Sir M Visvesvaraya Layout, Banashankari 6th Stage, Kumaraswamy 1st Stage, Anjanapura Township, RMV 2nd Block (near Hebbal), Thanisandra, Nagarabhavi, HSR Layout, and others.
The BDA website features a list of sites, contact details of engineers, and terms and conditions. While geo-tagged locations are also provided, many of them are incorrectly marked — with existing buildings appearing in place of vacant sites. Also, Google Maps links fail to locate the sites accurately.
