Bengaluru: The railways will run three special trains connecting Bengaluru with Goa and Belagavi to clear the extra rush of passengers for Independence Day and Ganesh Chaturthi.
Train number 06541 will depart from Yeshwantpur at 11.55 pm on August 14 and reach Madgaon at 6.05 pm the next day.
In the return direction, train number 06542 will leave Madgaon at 10.15 pm on August 17 and arrive at Yeshwantpur at 4.30 pm the next day.
Both trains will run via coastal Karnataka.
Train number 06571 will leave SMVT Bengaluru at 7 pm on August 22 and reach Belagavi at 7.30 am the next day.
In the return direction, train number 06572 will depart from Belagavi at 5.30 pm on August 23 and reach SMVT Bengaluru at 5 am the following day.
Train number 06573 will depart from SMVT Bengaluru at 7 pm on August 26 and arrive at Belagavi at 8.25 am the next day.
In the return direction, train number 06574 will depart from Belagavi at 5.30 pm on August 27 and reach SMVT Bengaluru at 5 am the following day.
These trains to Belagavi will operate via Hubballi.
