A video from a verbal fight that broke out at one Namma Metro station in Bengaluru is going viral on the internet. In the clip, two women are seen confronting each other in an heated argument over speaking the local language. While one woman insists on speaking Kannada, the other resists and slams her in Hindi, resulting in a ruckus at the metro premises.

The footage opens with two female passengers standing next to a ticket counter at a metro station. "Hindi mathadri (Speak Hindi)," a woman, dressed in black burqa, is heard saying in the video. Pointing her fingers at another lady, who instead mentions about speaking in Kannada, she adds, "You Chief Minister? Chal nikal (Get lost)."

The noisy argument turns dramatic after she makes derogatory remarks against the saree-clad Kannada speaker. The now-viral video records her saying, "Aurat hai (tu) Siddaramaiah ki? (Are you Siddaramaiah's woman)"

As the woman refuses to speak in Kannada and insists on Hindi, the other party repeatedly says, "Kannada..Kannada."
