The Bangalore International Centre is moving into a bigger building, and is marking the occasion with a festival on Sunday.

The day-long BIC Fest includes about 30 events, including talks on Bengaluru and public policy, and art, music, dance and film activities. Entry is free.

Founded in 2005, the centre was functioning from the premises of TERI in Domlur. It has now moved to a 48,000 sq ft new campus on the same road.

A session on Kannada writing and modernity will begin with the screening of Tulu film ‘Paddayi’, directed by award-winning director Abhaya Simha.

The Jyoti Nivas School for Blind Children Choir and musical artist Vasu Dixit are also slated to perform.

The centre is located at No 6, 4th Main, Domlur II Stage.
