The directory is available in both Kannada and English editions. The first volume contains the business and government listings, while the second contains the residential and rural listings.

A CD ROM has also been brought out by the BSNL which contains the landline numbers in all the telecom districts in the State. The directory, which will be distributed in a few days, can be exchanged using the renewal coupons available in the old directory.

The directories will be made available at all the urban and rural customer service centres. In Bangalore Urban and Rural areas, distribution will also be made through mobile vans.
