Bengaluru: The Bengaluru Traffic Police (BTP) has won the Golden Peacock Innovative Product/Service Award 2025 for its Actionable Intelligence for Sustainable Transformation Management (ASTraM) application.

The jury, constituted by the Institute of Directors (IOD), was chaired by Justice Uday U Lalit, former Chief Justice of India.

Retired IAS officer VK Agnihotri, Director General of the Golden Peacock Awards Secretariat, IOD, wrote to MN Anucheth, Deputy Inspector General of Police and Joint Commissioner of Police (Traffic), Bengaluru, congratulating him on the recognition. 

"In acknowledgment of your outstanding contributions to creativity, innovation, and excellence, we have arranged a special session during the conference, where your winning team will have the opportunity to deliver a brief 8 to 10-minute presentation, followed by a Q&A session," he wrote.

The awards presentation ceremony will take place in Dubai on April 22 during IOD’s 2025 UAE Global Convention on Leadership for Business Excellence and Innovation, scheduled from April 22 to 25.
