Deccan Herald and Prajavani in association with the Manipal Group of Hospitals have organised a webinar on cancer awareness on Monday from 5 pm to 6 pm.
The webinar, in tune with the theme of World Cancer Day, will be about ‘Youngsters Standing up to Cancer’ and spreading awareness on the types of cancers.
Among the panelists are Dr Somashekhar S P, chairperson and HOD, Surgical Oncology, Manipal Group of Hospitals, and Shwetha R Prasad, actor and youth influencer, besides others.
The webinar will discuss the role of youngsters in creating a change in the lives of cancer patients, if they are given a chance.
