Bengaluru: A mother and child were separated on the Namma Metro Purple Line on Saturday, causing panic among commuters. A middle-aged woman boarded the metro with her five-year-old child at Mysore Road around 1.30 pm to travel to Magadi Road. However, the crowd at Magadi Road station ended up separating the woman from her child, leaving the child behind on the train. The two were later reunited at Krantiveera Sangolli Rayanna station with the help of fellow passengers.
