Dr Kaveri Sridhar, veteran choral music director, passed away on Friday night after a brief illness.
Kaveri was 67 and is survived by her husband and a daughter. She is a recipient of the national award for choral music.
The found-director of Bangalore Youth Choir, she is also a Karnataka Sangeeta Nritya Academy awardee.
