The city received 1.7 mm of rain on Tuesday, according to the India Meteorological Department. However, there were traffic snarls on most key arterial roads.

Slow vehicular movement was reported between Marathahalli and Silk Board junction, Domlur on Inner ring road, Basavershwara Circle to Windsor manor junction on Sankey's Road, Richmond Circle, Sampige Road, Okalipuram junction, Sarjapura and Magadi Road. There were no complaints of tree fall except the one in Kattriugppe.
