Construction company Confident group’s CJ Roy shoots himself in Bengaluru

Bengaluru: CJ Roy, the CEO of Confident Group, died on Friday after he shot himself near his office in Richmond Circle in Central Bengaluru.

Officials from the Bengaluru police have been dispatched to the spot and a verification is underway.

Sources said that Roy took the step following continuous Income Tax raids on him. However, police had yet to officially release a statement.
