Bengaluru: Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar on Friday reviewed various projects by holding a closed-door meeting with officials from the Bangalore Development Authority (BDA).

This was the second review meeting in the last two months. Neither the BDA nor Shivakumar's office released details of what transpired at the meeting. 

Besides large projects such as the Bengaluru Business Corridor (BBC) and Shivaram Karanth Layout, the BDA handles various issues, including allotment of civic amenity (CA) sites, preparation of a master plan, and approval of private layouts and development plans. It is also planning to form new layouts in the southern and northern parts of Bengaluru.
