The Central Crime Branch (CCB) has arrested two men who allegedly bought SIM cards with fake documents and indulged in IPL betting.
Akshay Kumar (25), of Hanumantha Nagar, and Gautam Jain (24), of Vijayanagar, rented a room in Girinagar, near Byatarayanapura, where they took bets from people, a senior police officer said, adding that more people could be involved.
Police have seized Rs 1.1 lakh in cash and four mobile phones from the suspects.
