Bengaluru: The Kadugodi police have arrested a man for allegedly filming his neighbour and her minor daughter while they were bathing, officials said on Wednesday.
The arrested is Khaja Moihinuddin KC, 24, an electrician.
The police said that on July 8, the suspect sneaked behind the washroom and recorded the 29-year-old woman and her nine-year-old daughter on his mobile phone. The woman noticed someone filming them and raised an alarm.
The suspect fled and reportedly deleted the video before the police arrived. But he was arrested and booked under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS) and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (Pocso) Act.
