Bengaluru: Five people have been arrested for assaulting a rowdy sheeter in South Bengaluru, the police said on Sunday.
The arrested are Pawan, Dhanush, Sathish, Kiran and Yeshwanth. On April 27, the five suspects had assaulted Sukesh at a bar in Konankunte.
The police said that past rivalry was the motive behind the attack. On the day of the attack, the five, who were in the bar, saw Sukesh and attacked him with beer bottles before fleeing the area.
