Bengaluru: A 19-year-old food delivery agent died by suicide on Tuesday evening, the police said.
The deceased, identified as Prakash, was a resident of Mahadevapura and worked for Swiggy.
The police said Prakash informed his father around 7:30 pm that he was going out, but did not specify where. Investigations revealed that he went to an under-construction building near Doddanekundi and jumped to his death.
The Mahadevapura police have registered an Unnatural Death Report (UDR) and are conducting further inquiries.
“No foul play has been detected so far, but the investigation is ongoing,” a police officer said.
