Bengaluru: The BBMP has ordered a ban on the sale of meat on Wednesday on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi.

The order was issued by the BBMP's animal husbandry department.

As per the order, both slaughterhouses and meat shops should remain closed across the BBMP limits.
