Bengaluru: Mumbai-based real estate developer Godrej Properties Ltd has sold inventory worth over Rs 2,000 crore during the launch of the first phase of its residential project in Devanahalli, Bengaluru, the company announced on Monday.
The developer sold over 1,450 homes with over 2.2 million square feet of area in the first phase of the project. Launched in 2025, Godrej MSR City is the firm’s largest township project in Bengaluru.
It has a developable potential of 5.6 million square feet and unlaunched inventory remaining.
North Bengaluru has been an attractive destination for developers and buyers for some time now, with micro markets such as Devanahalli seeing fast growth due to airport proximity and upcoming metro stations and other infrastructure projects.
