Yeshwantpur MLA ST Somashekar also joined the rally, which covered about four kilometers from the Kengeri Satellite Town to Hoysala Circle.

The students said that many families have gone bankrupt and youth are turning to anti-social activities after losing money in gambling. They urged the government to ban the game permanently.
