Two unidentified persons robbed a 55-year-old woman of her gold chain in Electronics City police limits on Sunday.
The incident occurred at around 7 am when the victim, Nagamani, a resident of Begur, was on her way to buy flowers for a puja. The suspects followed her on Begur Main Road in Duo Heights Layout, robbed her of her chain and absconded, said the police.
A few local residents rushed to her rescue after she raised an alarm, but the suspects had already fled the spot.
