This time around too, Harish will be playing the lead role. The film is said to revolve around a college dropout who ends up on the streets selling bus passes, only to use the money for drinking or smoking.
The reason the film is named Gun is because the weapon is said to play a very important role in the protagonist’s life. “Nowadays, a lot of college dropouts get involved in such things and I want to bring that out through this film,” he says while adding, “I will have to change my look for the role this time. One can find me with a small beard and a rough kind of look.”
With an entire new team and co-producer, Harish says he hopes to find a new approach towards the film. “I will be giving the film a different treatment and presentation. While Kalakaar was for the classes, Gun is surely going to bring in the masses into the picture,” he adds. While the remaining cast is yet to be finalised, Rangayana Raghu is said to be on board. And from what we hear, the film is said to have two heroines again. Here’s wishing this kalakaar all the very best.
