Hearing grievances from the residents of the South Zone, Rao said that waste generated in parks should be processed at the source through leaf composting, and the resulting compost reused within the parks.

To manage fallen tree branches during the monsoon, he instructed each zone to be equipped with a shredder machine.

Responding to complaints about stray cattle near Sajjan Rao Circle in VV Puram, Rao asked the officer concerned to inspect the area and submit a report.

He also directed officials to replace all non-functional street lights without delay and to conduct night inspections, followed by detailed status reports.
