The accused, Krishna alias Magadi Krishna, who masterminded the murder of Munna and Diamond Babu in November last, was arrested, polcie said.
With Krishna's arrest, 13 persons were nabbed so far, police said.
"Gang rivarly was stated to be the motive behind the murders", police said.
