Eshwar Reddy of Doddabommasandra has complained to Vidyaranyapura police that he was kidnapped by Narayan Reddy, his brother, along with his associates Suresh, Krishna and two others, who made him sign on certain papers before releasing him.
Police said the two brothers had a dispute over a site in Dasarahalli. Narayan called Eshwar to come near Tennis Pavilion near Kodigehalli and forcibly whisked him away. While in their custody, they tortured him and made him sign papers.
The locality police have taken up the case and are investigating.
