Man robbed by transgenders in Koramangala

A private firm employee was allegedly robbed by three transgenders in the early hours of Sunday.

Koramangala resident Sanjay Nayak, 27, stated in a police complaint that the transgenders stopped his two-wheeler near Jyoti Nivas College around 1.30 am, robbed his gold chain and fled. He tried to chase them but in vain. The gold chain weighs 14 grams and is worth Rs 70,000.

Koramangala police have registered a case and launched an investigation.
