Hundreds of farmers whose land were to be acquired for the proposed Bidadi township, had come to attend the meeting at Ambedkar Bhavan at 10.30 am. They were angry when they came to know that Bangalore Urban district Deputy Commissioner M K Aiyappa had cancelled the meeting.
