A 16-year-old minor boy was arrested for sexually harassing his 25-year-old neighbour on Thursday. He was accused of flashing at the woman and touching himself inappropriately in front of her house in Madiwala.
The victim has filed a complaint with the Madiwala police.
According to the victim, the boy, who lives with his parents, used to pass lewd comments whenever he saw her. He used to smoke and drink in front of her house and cause inconvenience, but she ignored it all.
However, on Thursday afternoon, when she was drawing a rangoli in the balcony of her house, she noticed the boy flashing at her, and raised an alarm.
Based on the victim's complaint, the boy was arrested and sent to the observation home at Madiwala.
